Hi, it's bees some time since I updated the blog. Yes it did take some time but I do have some great links. Just irresistible, and too sweet and tempting even to touch. That's the magic of Thai vegetable and fruit carving. Some of the Links are just too good sites where you can learn so much about this fantastic Art. I'm sure you are going to like it.

Let's start off with the best one I liked.

Kae-Sa-Luk, the unique Thai art of carving fruit and vegetables into intricate flower shapes that please both the eye and the palate, began in Thailand in 1346. No other country practices this same decorative treatment of foods. Only a few people are still trained in this ancient court art, even in modern Thailand. Pam Maneeratana is one of the best of these.
If you are looking for a Great Culinary Art Training School then you just cannot miss out on this one. Just click on the link, and access the details to one of the best and Professional Training courses.
